Amesteca cele doua baze pana obtii compozitia finala si asaz-o in tava. Fa o crema de lamaie standard pe care sa o pui peste compozitie si lasa prajitura la cuptor 25 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;

Chiar daca necesita mai multa atentie, batoanele crocante cu lamaie si cocos te vor surprinde cu siguranta, mai ales in combinatie cu un ceai de vanilie si caramel. Nuantele de cocos sunt doar o nota complementara exotica celor de lamaie si vanilie iar intregul desert nu e excesiv de dulce, ci mai degraba se bazeaza pe naturaletea aromelor de fructe.&lt;br /&gt;

Concertele rock sau pop in aer liber inseamna o diferenta destul de mare de sunet dintre o persoana care sta in primul si in ultimul rand, dar in general acuitatea sunetelor e mai putin importanta decat volumul.&lt;br /&gt;

Exista insa un alt element care tinde sa ia locul acestei traditii si care se formeaza treptat, prin educatie. Este vorba despre principiile sanatoase pe care ni le formam de-a lungul vietii.&lt;br /&gt;

Atunci cand vorbim despre caracterul unei persoane, cel mai mult conteaza principiile pe baza caruia s-a format acesta. Daca o persoana este bine crescuta de catre parinti si primeste o educatie buna la scoala, sansele de reusita in viata practic se dubleaza. In schimb, pe baza unei proaste cresteri se intampla cele mai multe lucruri urate in societate. Cert este ca nu intotdeauna oamenii prost crescuti sunt de vina in totalitate pentru modul in care se comporta. Mediul este principalul formator de caractere si de tipologii umane, iar acest lucru este un fapt.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Renunta la zaharul rafinat. &lt;/b&gt;Poate cel mai nociv aliment, care lupta cu succes impotriva sanatatii. Zaharul rafinat nu are valoare nutritiva, tot ceea ce face fiind sa aduca un aport caloric foarte mare. Opteaza pentru fructe sau pentru zahar obtinut din miere. Cu timpul te vei obisnui!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Renunta la bauturile acidulate si la alcool&lt;/b&gt;.
