Corte o frango em pedaços e tempere com 1 colher de pó de caril. Corte o frango em pedaços e tempere com 1 colher de pó de caril. Faça um refogado com o azeite e a cebola picada. Quando a cebola começar a querer alourar, junte o frango e, sobre o lume vá mexendo com cuidado até refogar um pouco mais.<br />
Espalhe por cima o resto do caril e a polpa de tomate e mexa.<br />
Junte o leite de coco. Esmague o dente de alho e os coentros com sal grosso e junte ao caril. Deixe cozer lentamente acrescentando um pouco de água se necessário.<br />
Depois de cozido, retire o frango e deixe o molho apurar.<br />
Rctifique os temperos, junte a casca de limão e o frango e sirva quente com o arroz e os paparis!</p>

Começe por demolhar as migas de bacalhau em várias águas até perderem o sal em excesso. Se usarem as migas, demora apenas algumas horas, desde que tenham o cuidado de mudar muitas vezes a água. Para terem a certeza de que já não está muito salgado, vão provando o bacalhau!<br />
Depois das migas demolhadas, pode começar!<br />
Coloque um fundo de azeite num tacho largo e leve a alourar bastante cebola cortada em meias luas, alho picadinho e 1 folhinha de louro. Quando a cebola começar a ficar translucida, coloque o bacalhau e deixe cozinhar. (Demora cerca de 15 minutos!)<br />
Agora é só juntar as batatas palha (para 6 pessoas 1 pacote de 500gr é suficiente, bem como 1 pacote de migas de bacalhau e 6 ovos) e mexer bem.<br />
Bata os ovos temperados com um pouco de pimenta (normalmente sal não é preciso, mas prove primeiro a mistura) e junte ao bacalhau e às batatas. Vá cozinhando em lume brando sem parar de mexer, e até os ovos estarem cozidos, mas sem ficarem demasiado secos.<br />
Polvilhe com bastante salsa picada e volte a mexer.<br />
Sirva decorado com azeitonas pretas e salsa picada, e acompanhe com uma salada de alface!</p>

Aqueça o forno a 200ºC. Descasque, lave e corte as batatas ao meio. Coza-as, juntamente com os ovos em água com sal.

Aqueça o forno a 200ºC. Descasque, lave e corte as batatas ao meio. Coza-as, juntamente com os ovos em água com sal.<br />
Entretanto, corte os lombinhos de peixe em cubos. Tempere de sal, pimenta e sumo de limão.<br />
Retire os ovos, escorra as batatas e reduza-as a puré. Corte os ovos em bocados. Adicione a margarina ao puré, mexendo até derreter. Por fim, junte 2dl de leite, pouco a pouco, até obter um puré liso. Rectifique de sal, e tempere com pimenta e noz moscada.<br />
Junte a salsa picada ao molho bechamel previamente preparado e misture bem.<br />
Unte um tabuleiro de forno com margarina. No fundo espalhe o peixe, bem escorrido e espremido da marinada e o ovo cozido.<br />
Cubra com o molho bechamel e, por cima, espalhe o puré de batata.<br />
Polvilhe com o queijo ralado e leve ao forno durante 30 minutos. Sirva com salada ou legumes cozidos.</p>

Arranja-se o peru tirando a pele e dando uns golpes para assar mais depressa e coloca-se num tabuleiro.

<p><strong>Preparação:</strong><br />
Arranja-se o peru tirando a pele e dando uns golpes para assar mais depressa e coloca-se num tabuleiro.<br />
Corta-se uma laranja ao meio e esfrega-se a carne com a laranja até não deitar mais sumo.<br />
Deitam-se todos os ingredientes no copo, à excepção do pau de canela e da outra laranja e tritura-se tudo alguns segundos até o alho estar todo bem triturado e o molho bem misturado.<br />
Deita-se o molho por cima da carne junto com o pau de canela.<br />
Corta-se a outra laranja em rodelas e dispõem-se as mesmas por cima da carne.<br />

Retire do lume, junte a gelatina escorrida, mexa bem, adicione o puré de castanhas, mexa e deixe arrefecer. Finalmente, bata as natas em chantily sem açúcar, junte-as ao preparado e misture delicadamente.</div>
