'See if you have the latest'-feature implemented

It's now possible to check if your applications are up-to-date.

Go to your account-page and press the compare-button. At the right of the application-list, you'll see the old versions marked with a red exclamation mark.

Let me know if you find any bugs.

The (missing) features of Appget 2.0

Since Appget 2.0 is built from the scratch, some old features are not working yet.

Right now, Appget 2.0 can only be used to compare your installed application list on different systems.
It's not yet possible to determine if you have the latest version of a certain application. That feature will become available in the next version.

Please let me know if you have any feature requests.

Appget 2.0 released

A new version of Appget has just been released.

The Goal of the new version is to launch an application which will help you to monitor your installed applications on one or more systems.

Some features of Appget 2.0 are:

Runs on XP, Vista and Win7 (in both 32bit and 64bit)
light weighted, small and fast
runs from your tray
rebuilt from the scratch

You can download version 2.0 here.

To get started, install the application, and register a new account trough the settings-screen.

It's a test-version. Let me know if something goes wrong.

Update:
It's advised to uninstall any previous version of Appget before installing 2.0.
