Michele Bachmann, who is a GOP Presidential hopeful candidate in association with the Marriage vow pledge, in which has a clause that statement, that black people were better off during slavery. Now that it has been taken out of the clause, does it change the air of misconception that it has brought to light of where certain groups of people stand on black people and slavery?

To make a statement or clause that Black People were better off during slavery because they were in a two family home raising children, despite the realization that the parents that were slaves really did not have a say in the care of their children in the values and supportive care that was given to them.

To say that a race of people were better off as slaves, because of child rearing is to fail to see what slavery really was.

Slavery, was the worst thing that could of happened to black people, and I for one am tired of hearing people say get over it. It never became an issue to me until Obama was running and then I had become exposed to racism, and no, not from my own but from people that were suppose to be conservatives and have biblical values and morals, that are hypocrites.

Despite the selling off of families, take a look at what happened before that day came. Mothers instead of breast feeding their own children had to take care of the anglo-saxon slave masters children and so their women who did not breast feed their own that new mother had to do so, even it meant during the time when her own baby was hungry.

If by any chance the mother worked in the master's house, she was busy preparing meals for that family and the best of what there was and her family had to wait for her to come the slave quarters, to cook for them after she had served the master's family and cleaned up, to go home and to fix the parts of a pig that of course they did not want and of any other animal. Which I can only assume is why my mother never cooked any of that stuff and I had never eaten it.

Now for some of these mother's a two- parent family home was impossible when that mother was raped by the master or the master's children or over-seer and maybe all of them or even their guests, these fine Anglo gentlemen that came to call. Where is the 2 parent family then, is the father in the home No. he's in the house with his wife and his children by this slave woman becomes property also.

Now if this master decides that he wants one of their/his slave to be in the big house to serve them does it matter that this child is in a 2 parent home No, and off goes male or female. And both can be raped and murdered.

When it came to correcting the children did the two- parent family decide how this was to be done again, the slave master, who would beat their child with a whip and the two- parent family had to watch.

If the master or any member of his household were sick, the slave mother could not stay home to take care of her own family even if she was sick or her mate, (since slaves were not allowed to marry) or children.

If this slave mother was a seamstress she made clothes for the master's mistress and her daughters and what could she make for herself and her own daughter's nothing, but she could gladly wait for them to become hand me downs and gather them up then.

And yes the black man was a working man, of course he was, he was beaten to death if he was not, and as hard as he worked, he was called lazy and good for nothing Nigger, while the slave master and his overseer worked so hard watching them work from sun up to sun down, now who is the lazy one. When the slave master's family did not lift a finger except for the whip, hold it they would use a slave to do that also. alas Obama, to whip the slave in to shape. to cook their food, and grow it, pick it , care for the animals, and slaughter them clean them and cook and prepare it for them and serve it, I would not be surprise if some of them even had the slave lift the fork for them and put the food in their mouth. Of course they even need someone to fix their baths for them and bath them and to lay out their clothes and help dress them, do you think that these men could even lift their feet to put into the pant leg or did the slave do that also, and the same goes for the rest of the articles of clothing that they wore and the same for rest of the household.

All this and see how great the 2 called so called black family was in slavery, the father was really there to rule and guide his family as was the mother, and through all of this they were called lazy niggers. What a thank you, from these fine christian folks, who was doing so much for the poor blackies in Africa that was not civilized and under a demoracy . So in looking back at, who was the ones that were giving welfare in my eyes the slave masters, their homes were built for them, food cooked for them and their children cared for them. And they felt that they were entitled to it. well so much for entitlements.

Has it changed today. No, you work for a paycheck, the slave master is still there to take what you got because you work for him and you know if you don't agree with what is said by these men then you are called a nigger or now the new thing if you are black and don't agree with someone then you are the racist.

How dare you think outside the box and not be in agreement with us and follow and listen to us as you have always done. It is something it was alright until white people felt threaten for them to be racist and now everyone acts like except of course for the few tokens that think just like the ones in the box, that all blacks or now out to get them and black people are not sitting around worrying about white people we still have our lives to struggle and put food on our tables no matter if it is a 2 or single parent household.

And to add salt to the wound we are a people who was not taught our own history, just that we were slaves and violent people, who are just looking for handouts.

Feeling Degraded at the airport, Is it worth being degraded for that fare that you pay for?

I have heard and seen the voices of the people of the United States, complaining of the body scanners and what to them feels to be a degrading experience at the airport, where they have spent their hard earned currency to board a plane in the USA. I know at this time when it seems as if we have global terrorist threats all over the world and there are precautions that should be put into place, the right of innocent people should not have to subject themselves to body scanners that could one day lead to cancer to themselves and the God-given children they have. I say subject, because in all things everyone has a choice, you alone decide what you allow to happen to you especially when you put yourself in a situation that can cause you to feel degraded and humiliated. Just like you would not walk down the street with your body exposed then why would anyone put themselves to be subjected to this treatment just to board an airplane? The USA, should still have enough faith in the people that have taken the time to run to the election booths to vote and that are striving to live a decent life that does not involve criminal activity to understand that just as they would not and are not subjected to this treatment that the people do not want this also. Just as a parent would not turn over their God-given children who are entrusted to them by God, into a room with child molesters, why should they have to make the choice of something that can cause them serious harm, with the scanners or stand back and watch their child be fondled all over, isn't that why there are people in jail, for child molestation and offense touching, and is this not considered offense touching? Why not make the better choice and catch the train this holiday season when you travel, Vice President Biden has always been a fan of the trains at least then you will not have placed yourself in the way of people that are called to do a job that violates your body and your personal space. Instead of complaining, stay off of the airplanes and show the government that not everyone is a terrorist, some people just want to go to another place to visit, have a corporate meeting or just relax with their family without going through a horrifying experience and then to know to return back to their destination that another one awaits them. So take a train, or drive and then you can always do the smart thing take a vacation in your state and see the beauty that is a round you that you don't take the time to see. If everyone this holiday season decides not to take a flight on an airplane do you think then that this government will take notice that the people are not happy with this violation that is being done on their person? How many people are willing to take a stand and say enough is enough and I am not going to allow you to do this to me, not being violent, but just showing that this is a service that I pay for and I will just use another mode of transportation.

The war on Saggin Pants has been fought on a large scale since 2007 in large cities in Dallas, Texas and Atlanta Georgia, Trenton, New Jersey, Pine Lawn, Florida, New Orleans, Louisiana, Memphis, Tennessee, Flint, Michigan and New York, Virginia and Georgia has been added with nine other states still struggling with this fashion.

In Dubin, GA, the mayor stated that after having complaints for a year on the saggin pants that he had his city attorney work on researching how other localities were dealing with the problem with backsides being handled and the exposure of a person's buttocks, genital area or undergarments, it has also been concluded that this is a health concern to the wearer of this style as it causes an improper gait. The council members amended the "indecent exposure" to include baggy clothing in the same category as MASTURBATION, FORNICATION AND URINATION IN PUBLIC PLACES. This includes the prohibiting of wearing pants or skirts that expose more than 3 inches below the hips exposing the skin or undergarments, which faces fines up to $200.00 Failure to use a belt to secure one's clothing in Dublin will result with the violator being issued a citation and penalties that could include a $25.00 on the first offense and $200.00 for each subsequent offense as well as court-ordered community service as it is according to this new law. In Fort Pierce, Florida, Commissioner Reggie Sessions, wants to make history with the ordinance by cleaning up disrespectful and indecent clothing styles.

Atlanta City's Councilman C.T. Martin, stated that he proposed a saggy pants law because " he is tired of seeing kids and young black men wearing their pants down around their knees."

Jasper County, SC, the Jasper County council passed an ordinance that prohibits anyone wearing pants more than 3 inches below the hips exposing the skin or undergarments. This will be enforced by Jasper County Sheriff's office, municipal police officers and the Jasper County administrator.

Nashville, Tennessee is the first state to that will issue a fine of $250.00 and 160 hours of community service for wearing pants below the person's waistline that exposes the person's undergarments or bare buttocks. Flint, Michigan, where the former Chief of Police David Dicks, crusaded bravely against droopy pants at a time when Flint had the third-highest homicide rate in the nation. In Riviera Beach, Fla, a judge found the ordinance there unconstitutional after a teenager spent a night in jail when he was arrested for exposing to much of his undergarments.

In all that is happening with forecloses, high-rate of unemployment and homelessness and children and adults going to bed hungry and of course one of the biggest things is that we owe China several trillion dollars, it is nice to know that our law-makers have the time to concentrate on taking freedom of expression away from our youth in their choice of their clothing and forgetting how it was in the 60's and 70's with our freedom of expression in our clothing. And I would like to show that appreciation on each and every election date for youth's to be reminded of their freedom to express themselves being taken away and I do not like the baggy pants hanging off of their behinds, but I do however understand their frustrations and we all kids since the beginning of time have demonstrated it through their music, clothing and hair styles and lack of making good choices in life during that time period of rebellion.

I am confused however how this is so unacceptable

And this has been acceptable for over 40 years or more.

Isn't it time that we decide how we should dress, and if we are going to fine the youth for their manner of attire to pay for schools and books, should not the same fines be imposed on the blue collar worker whose butt is exposed while working to help balance the books in these bankrupt states? More and more we are finding that history has been hid from all of us and that we are all still slaves and have no rights under the constitution not even in the manner of our dress.

Detroit's fires on Sept. 7, Hollywood's playground, budget cuts or natural disasters?

On September 7, 2010, Detroit, Michigan had 85 fires in one night. Mayor Dave Bing called it a natural disaster in a 4 hour period.

The fires were in three Detroit neighborhoods. In Rush's northwest side neighborhood has brick homes and the properties are kept up, if you go several miles east to Robinwood there you will find the heaviest damage to vacant houses.

This scene on Robinwood Street was repeated throughout Detroit on the evening of September 7th, 2010. Detroit's worst fire since the 1980's was caused by collapse of hundreds of power lines, that could of been fixed if the Detroit Fire Department was not under-staffed due to DTE’s neglect of the power grid and the city’s cutbacks to fire protection. Over the ensuing four hours,fierce winds and dry conditions spread the fires, destroying or damaging at least 85 structures.

Some houses are separated by vacant lots where homes once stood. The neighborhood is among Detroit's most desperate. The other fires spread across various parts of the east side also are among the poorest in Detroit. There was no lost of lives during these fires, but a lost of homes.

In a city with it's troubles. A third of working age adults are jobless. Foreclosure rates are high and so is crime. The city has wrestled for years with blighted neighborhoods filled with abandoned and ramshackle houses and trash-filled vacant, lots with overgrown weeds. In a city where it has already been effected by the take over the auto industry which led to a high crime rate, deep budget cuts and high foreclosures is this what is to be left of Detroit? In doing budget cuts in cities and states, do we need to cut the essential services that the people in those areas need?

Wachovia Bank goes free for money laundering drugs, but the small petty drug seller can get life in prison

IN Charlotte, North CArolina-based Wachovia admitted to federal prosecutors taht it had a large role in the undocumented contributing to the the violent drug trade in Mexico for the past 4 years.

In May on this year Wachovia settled with the Justice department for $160 million dollar settlement for a failure in bank controls enabled drug traffickers to launder drug money by transferring money from Mexican currency-exchange houses to the bank. Wachovia’s new owner paid $160 million in fines and penalties, less than 2 percent of its $12.3 billion profit in 2009. Wachovia failed to identify and report suspicious transactions in third-party payment processor accounts," according to the Justice Department. Prosecutors said the bank processed $420 billion in transactions without using proper money-laundering detection. According to the Justice Department, Wachovia accounts took in at least $373 billion in wire transfers that were made from "casas de cambio" ( which is an currency exchange operation) in Mexico between May 2004 and May 2007. As if this is not bad enough, more than $4 billion in bulk cash was shipped from Mexican casas de cambio to 'Wachovia' accounts, prosecutors allege. 'Wachovia' also operated a "remote deposit capture" service that took in another $47 billion, according to prosecutors.

It really gets better, some of the money was used to buy planes to traffic cocaine, U.S. investigators seized more than 20,000 kilograms of cocaine from the planes. Miami U.S. Attorney Jeffrey H. Sloman, whose office led the three-year probe said, "Wachovia's blatant disregard for our banking laws gave international cocaine cartels to finance their operations by laundering at least $110 million in drug proceeds. Corporate citizens, no matter how big or powerful, must be held accountable for their actions. This was in March of this year.

"Bloomberg' reported on June 29, 2010 that Wachovia, it turns out, had made a habit of helping move money for Mexican drug smugglers. Wells Fargo & Co., which bought Wachovia in 2008, has admitted in court that its unit failed to monitor and report suspected money laundering by narcotics traffickers -- including the cash used to buy four planes that shipped a total of 22 tons of cocaine. Wachovia admitted it didn’t do enough to spot illicit funds in handling $378.4 billion for Mexican-currency-exchange houses from 2004 to 2007. This is the largest violation of the Bank Secrecy Act, an anti-money-laundering law, in U.S. history -- a sum equal to one-third of Mexico’s current gross domestic product. No bank has been more closely connected with Mexican money laundering than Wachovia

Since 2006, more than 22,000 people have been killed in drug-related battles that have raged mostly along the 2,000-mile (3,200-kilometer) border that Mexico shares with the U.S. In the Mexican city of Ciudad Juarez, just across the border from El Paso, Texas, 700 people had been murdered this year as of mid- June. Six Juarez police officers were slaughtered by automatic weapons fire in a midday ambush in April as reported by "Bloomberg".

With such a high drug use in the United States, we have one of our own a banks that were given a bail out while the people suffer had been the drug pusher for the communities with their network of 231 cities in the states, and to make a profit of $39 billion in sales annually as reported by the Justice Department. Mexico is an industry that supplies hundreds of tons of cocaine, heroin, marijuana and methamphetamines to Americans.

Former Director of Wachovia's anti-money-laundering unit in London form 2006 to 2009 says he quit the bank in disgust after executives ignored his documentation that drug dealers were funneling money through Wachovia’s branch network.

Wachovia is just one of the U.S. and European banks that have been used for drug money laundering. For the past two decades, Latin American drug traffickers have gone to U.S. banks to cleanse their dirty cash, says Paul Campo, head of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s financial crimes unit. Miami-based American Express Bank International paid fines in both 1994 and 2007 after admitting it had failed to spot and report drug dealers laundering money through its accounts. Drug traffickers used accounts at Bank of America in Oklahoma City to buy three planes that carried 10 tons of cocaine, according to Mexican court filings. Mexican cartels were caught depositing illicit funds in Bank of America accounts in Atlanta, Chicago and Brownsville, Texas, from 2002 to 2009. Mexican drug dealers used shell companies to open accounts at London-based HSBC Holdings Plc, Europe’s biggest bank by assets, an investigation by the Mexican Finance Ministry found.

Here is the best part of all if Wells-Fargo owner of Wachovia, keeps its pledge, the U.S. government will, according to the agreement, drop all charges against the bank in March 2011. If this is the case that is they keep their pledge, then every prisoner that is in jail for drug possession, use or selling drugs should be released. Every person that has had their homes taken away or lost cars and other properties should have these things that were seized returened to them.

If the 'elite' is going to make provosions for the bankers in breaking the laws that was a major contributor in the acts of these people who are in prison or lost their homes then they should be compenssated. Should we not also compensate the drug user who has become addicted to these products? How about the people that have applied for jobs in the banking industry that could not gain employment there because they had a criminal background, which could of been to a drug problem or failure to get a job, because when the bailouts went out to the banks they failed to reach the people who really needed it? Everyone who has had their home by foreclosure by these banks.

What is really needed is tell people that their birth certificate is on the stock exchange on Wall st. and how they can go about to obtain the credit that is on there to live without government in their lives.

Freepointe's African Americans under attack with death threats and fires.

On July 6th, 2010 residents that had moved into Eastpointe Suburbs outside of Detroit all of these residents were African American. Out of the 20 residents that had moved in 16 received death threat letters demanding them to move out or face death. On July 8th, one of the the recipients of the racial motivated death threats had 2 rooms in their house set on fire and their sister was passing by. The FBI, fire department and the police force does not believe that this was ARSON. However the renter of the house was questioned for two hours, he was released and not charged with a crime.

I have not heard of things like this since I was a child in the 60's and 70's. I would like to know if these people who had an all white neighborhood feel or think that we as black people that we are contagious, that our blackness may rub off on them? Do you blame us for the failed auto industry that caused an economic problem in Detroit as if we were not effected by it? Or do you blame us for all of the foreclosures that are happening there?

I would like to know why the authorities are not acting on the letters received and also on this home being on fire? Where is this lack of concern coming from? If this was reverse with whites moving into the "Hood" and they receive such letters, what would the outcome be?

Is the country striving to start a racial riot, with the killing of Oscar Grant and here in Eastpointe and so many other places that are not making national news? How can any race in this country not think that anyone is not suffering under this present economic system except if you are the elite. Has not anyone taken notice that we the people are all in the need of a bail out, but the POLITICIANS are only out for their own self-interests and not the interest of the people.

Have we come to the point where peaceful people are being forced to become violent and then to become a part of the over-crowded prison system are do we need more people in the grave? New Orleans Police officers could face death penalty in the deaths in the aftermath of Katrina

According to the New York Times 4 current and former Police officers in New Orleans were charged in the shooting deaths of 17 year old James Brissette and 40 year old Ronald Madison who suffered from mental disabilities in the back.

These four officers and former — former Officer Robert Faulcon, Sgt. Kenneth Bowen, Sgt. Robert Gisevius and Officer Anthony Villavaso — were charged with federal civil rights violations in the killing of 17-year-old James Brissette and the wounding of four others, all members of the same family, when the officers came across a group on the bridge in eastern New Orleans and opened fire. For crossing a bridge, the penalty was death and attempted murder by who was called to protect and to serve. Is this a form of genocide or just officers doing their job? If it is doing their job, then who put the orders out for this to occur when it is one of eight cases involving New Orleans Police officers?

As if that is not bad enough then off to Africa for repeated subjection by the African people who were also non-catholics to be taken and brought here to build a nation off of forced labor with no pay! If this law prevails against illegal immigrants that are only coming home to what was once their own land, and to people who are legally born here on this stolen land, is this not now a law that is going to put all people of a different hues targets of this law, that could be mistaken as Mexican. Nebraska's law will target areas where illegal immigrants go to find work. How many people that have been released from prison are also going to these areas to find work to support their families? At this time there are 7 lawsuits against Arizona to block this law. Yes, we should know who is here in this land, one dares not to strive to make a living here without paying their due tax to the Corporation of the land. Perhaps that is the biggest problem with illegal immigrants being here, they are not paying into the corporation and are sending their money home to their families for them to survive until they can bring them here legally. If Arizona and Nebraska have these laws passed, which state will be next? If it spreads from state to state, then what group of people will they target next to be done away with? After each group of people of color are targeted, then will it turn to their own color, will the Europeans from Europe be the only ones left since they discovered this new found land under seizure for not being a Catholic land? Couple attempts to sell their 6 month old baby at Walmarts on Thursday, June 24, 2010

You can find a lot of deals at Walmarts, but who would of thought that outside of Walmart's in the parking lot, outside of garden supplies that you would find a baby for sale in California's Walmart's?

38 year old Patrick Fousek and 20 year old Samantha Tomasini, approached women out side of Walmart's in the parking lot and asked if they would like to buy the baby for $25.00 the women though that perhaps that Fousek was joking, but the man continued to ask the women if they would buy the baby.

I am glad and relieved to know that they approached these women or the end results could be different. These women contacted the police . Police arrested Fousek and Tomasini at their home, the police stated that the couple was high on methamphetamine.

Police reported also claimed that Tomasini told Child Protective Services, who took the baby, that she had breast-fed the infant while under the influence, Villegas said. The baby has been take from the mother and placed in the care of the State of California. The couple is being held on child endangerment charges.

Drug abuse has been around for a long time, and there are movies and stories that the media feeds to let you know that mother's use their children in exchange for their poison (drug) of choice. What is going on in this world when children, babies are being sold, stolen and used for slavery and body parts? How much is a life of a child today? One would think that it is more than $25.00. What kind of world have we come to when banks and animal rights are more then the lives of children? We hear arguments and see protesters when it comes to aborting babies, but where is the outcry when these babies and children are being sold? Where is the love for them then? Where is the outcry when these babies and children are sent off to foster care and they do not always get into a good foster care home and the abuse is worse then when they are with their parents. Why is their an outcry over an animal being abuse, but not children?

What is being done, to get a mother or anyone else that is in a child's life, to get help to get off of drugs? What is being done now to find out why they are on it to begin with? There are so many laws that are on the books, carried out in the world, what happened to the law of love thy neighbor? Where is the law, that when a parent cannot take proper care of a child, the family steps in without the laws of the land to care for that child without government being involved? As people who live on this planet, what is happening with us, are we to busy being entertained that we cannot now discern cries for help right in front of our faces, do we view them as a movie? Then we have to always ask, where are the drugs coming from, are the ones that are called to serve, serving the drugs to the communities? The trivial question is why did this couple think that going to Walmart's with their low prices and always finding away to be a part of the entertainment on the news was a good place to sell a 6 month old baby? After 4th homicide in 8 days, Chester County Mayor Wendell Butler declares State of Emergency

After Yadullah Muhammad of Upland, a 22-year-old man who was shot and killed late Wednesday. Sunday morning, 2-year-old Terrence Webster was shot in the head as his family was returning home after visiting relatives and on Friday, Raymar Holmes, 26, was found lying in the 1300 block of Crosby Street with gunshot wounds, the Mayor Wendell Butler of Chester County, PA has declared a state of emergency.

The State of Emergency goes into effect Saturday evening and will remain in effect for the next five days with the possibility of 30 more days. As part of the State of Emergency, Chester City officials will dispatch what they're calling "saturated patrol units" and enforce a curfew in five of the worst sections of the city.

In National City, San Diego, California a 14 year old boy stabbed the 13year old mother of his 1 1/2 year old daughter in the neck. The young couple was arguing over some jealousy issues. The mother is said to be recovering well and the baby is now staying with relatives. The father is being hunted for his violent act against his baby's mother. As reported by the San Diego Union-Tribune.

I know everyone must be horrified not of the act that the mother was stabbed in her neck, but that she is a parent at the age of 13 of an one and a half year old daughter. Maybe that was the shocker that The Union-Tribune was trying to stress to sell it's newspaper.

As I look at the eulogy that was made by Rev. Al Sharpton for 7 year old Aiyana Jones, I can't help but to think of a young life that has been taken. I also think of the 17 year old Jerean Blake that was taken that lead to Aiyana's death, two young people whose lives were taken to soon. Two mother's who are in mourning, 2 graves that should not be, not at the young age and for violent crimes that are committed against us and by us.

In filming a reality show, Aiyana's life was taken, yes, it is so much easier to place the blame on the show and the police officer's, it is also time to look at what is going on in the family, parents and the communities, cities, states the whole USA. What is happening to our black youth? Why are so many dying so young? And when do we as parents, grandparents and other family members play in that role?

Sadly so many terrible things led to the death of both of these young people, police officer's being shot at and killed a week prior this horrific lost of lives. A city that has a high unemployment rate and foreclosures. When we look at ourselves again, we have to look at who do we have in our homes, who do we associate with, and what are we doing with our own lives that is impacting our children? Is there lessons that we all can learn from these two young people's lost of life and with the lessons that we can learn, are we willing to make the changes so that we do not continue to see lost of lives of young people all of the USA? Are we willing to keep people out of our homes that are involved in unlawful activity that will have police busting into our homes? Are we willing to check out what are children are doing and who they are associating with? Are we willing to be parents and not friends to our children?

After we see the news, read the papers hear talk of the lost young lives, we feel sad, we shake our heads and go on. Keep in mind that these children are some one's children, that it could of been our children and we have to do better for our children, because no one else is going to come along and save our kids for us, we have to do it each and everyone one of us has to take responsibility for what we allow in our homes, in our children's lives. Are you willing to stand up for your children or do you want to continue to mourn for the lost of lives of the young people with memorial stands of stuffed animals and flowers? It starts with each one of us to make the changes that we want to see happen.

7 year old, Aiyana Jones, was shot and killed by police officers in Detroit, Michigan

As 7 year old, Aiyana Jones was in her home, Detroit, Michigan police officers came into her home, throwing grenades and firing shots at 12:40 a.m. this morning to execute a warrant for someone who was involved in a homicide.

The Detroit, Michigan police officers came into this 7 year old home and used a flash bang, which is used to disorient the people in the home and for them to gain control of the situation. Police state that a 46 year old woman, had contact with a police officer and the officer's gun went off and this precious 7 year old, Aiyana Jones, was at that time struck by the gun fire in her head and neck area. Her grieving father states that his 7 year old baby girl, Aiyana Jones was asleep when police burst in and was throwing flash grenade's and burnt his baby to death and then shot and killed her.

I try to respect all police officers and the laws of the land. It is not enough for the officers to say that it is under investigation, what is there to investigate? There has been several nightclubs in Chicago that have created a controversy when they denied young men who had cornrows and wore baggy pants into the night club. The owners of these clubs stated that baggy pants and certain hairstyles are signs that a person is a gang member. We now have a person's sense of style, automatically clarifying them in the state of Illinois and who knows maybe other states as well, a gang member.

Black People are asked to leave Walmarts in Washington Township, New Jersey

On a Sunday evening people of all races were shopping at the Walmart's in New Jersey, when they heard on the store announcements, all black people are to leave the store. Does it remind anyone of the 60's in the south? Do people see what year it is or have only the black race managed to see that this is 2010? Blacks complained to management, who in turn contacted the local police department in Washington Township. Police then opened an investigation with the county prosecutor's office. "The incident is being investigated by both law enforcement agencies as a suspected bias intimidation crime," officials told the press as stated in The Daily Voice Black America's daily news source. Walmart's corporate office was also upset by the call for all black people to leave the New Jersey Walmart store, and said that is was bad negative publicity. It appears to me that Walmart's is more concern with the negative publicity then what really happened. If this did not make the media, would Walmart's be concerned about this? One has to ask?

Two Black South Jersey women are boycotting Walmart at this time while this incident is being investigated. The Officials at Walmarts are looking at security tapes to find out who the person was that made the call over the speaker for all black people to leave Walmarts. Maybe if Walmarts felt this nationally they would not just view it as negative publicity but really see how this announcement made black people reflect on the past and what has become the normal in this society that we call the United States.

I think that now is the time for a call of action for Black Americans, we need to be responsible for our purchases and where we make them and for the schooling of our children. Officials found the hood, which bore a hand-drawn circle and cross, on a statue of children's book author Theodor Geisel, aka Dr. Seuss, outside the main campus library late Monday. A rose had been inserted between the statue's fingers.

One of the students responsible for the noose apologized to the university community in an anonymous letter published Monday in the campus newspaper. She said the noose was formed while she and friends were playing around with a piece of rope and had no meaning as a lynching symbol.

Attorney General Beau Biden goes after Pediatrician Dr. Earl Bradley for sexual abuse for close to 100 children

Dr. Earl B. Bradley of Lewes is scheduled for a probable cause hearing in Sussex Superior Court today.

This Delaware Doctor who is a Pediatrician has been accused of sexual abuse. What started last week with a allegation of a two year old girl being sexually abuse by her Pediatrician has now turned to what maybe close to a hundred or more over the past 11 years. Seven victims have been identified so far, but investigators are still sorting through a "mountain of evidence" seized from his office, said Alexis Slutsky, a deputy attorney general with the Child Predator Task Force. Lewes pediatrician Earl B. Bradley is now suspected of raping or molesting at least 16 patients, and more victims could be discovered in the widening investigation, according to court documents obtained Monday.

Bradley who was charged last week with sexually abusing nine girls who police state were from the ages of 3 months to 13 years old. One victim a year old child was interviewed after her mother reported that Bradley touched her genitals.

Forensic evaluation of seized video files and software has to date discovered 15 more unidentified victims," state police Detective Thomas Elliott wrote in a probable cause affidavit Friday seeking permission to conduct the second search of BayBees Pediatrics, the name of Bradley's practice."Due to the slow and meticulous process of computer forensics, [police believe] more victims will be discovered in the electronic files of Dr. Bradley and the patient records will help confirm the identity." Evidence seized during a search last week led them to investigate possible abuse dating back to 1998. The search resulted in the discovery of graphic video files showing Bradley molesting and raping children, according to court documents. A veteran computer forensic investigator said in court records that a series of video clips lasting almost 15 minutes and showing a 2-year-old were "one of the most violent and brutal attacks on a child of any age that he has seen captured on video." During the searches of the doctor's office, police found a small computer data storage device that contained videos of multiple forced sexual acts with child patients -- including intercourse, oral sex and fondling -- according to court records.The videos were made between Aug. 7 and Dec. 13, police wrote. Several videos are described as showing the doctor, wearing his blue scrubs, yelling orders at babies and toddlers, some of whom are crying or trying to run away. In one video, Bradley has a "violently enraged" expression on his face, police wrote.

He surrendered to detectives in Georgetown at 8:30 a.m. Friday on eight counts of first-degree rape where the victim is less than 16 years old, three counts of second-degree rape, 14 counts of sexual exploitation of a child by photo or film and endangering the welfare of a child -- all felonies.

Dr. Earl B. Bradley surrendered to police Friday on eight counts of first-degree rape, three counts of second-degree rape and other charges. Bradley was returned to jail in lieu of $2.9 million cash bail. State police said he has been the focus of a yearlong criminal investigation stemming from numerous complaints of inappropriate touching of female patients. I find it ironic that these children have suffered all of this abuse and their parents were not in the room when their babies were being checked by their doctor. I advise any parents that they always stay in the room with their children when they are at the doctors.

With all of these babies and children being sexually abused, we have to ask is Delaware's Attorney General Biden, going to go after the justice that is needed to put this man away for life? Will these children be given retribution in a monetary sense that comes from this Doctor's account? One can only hope that will be the case.

In Delaware, I have found one fatal use of taser that resulted in death. Policeman cleared Wilmington Police Lt. William Browne did not violate police department policy or procedures when he shot and killed Derek Hale last year, according to the findings of the two internal investigations conducted by city offices.

According to the Delaware State Police in the DSP consulted with both the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) before deciding to adopt the Taser as a tool for law enforcement in Delaware. The Police also consulted with national experts in the law enforcement and medical fields. “We wanted to be sure that we identified and adopted the best practices for use of the Taser and that we implemented the most effective and appropriate training programs for our Troopers,” said Colonel Thomas F. Mac Liesh, Superintendent of the State Police. As of February 26, 2009 there has been 100 Delaware State Police Officers armed with tasers. The same is not the fate of many in other states around the United States.

In Texas a 72, year old Great grandmother is tasered.

In Ozark, Missouri a 16, year old was tasered 19 times was placed in icu with a broken back and broken heel. From the results of the tasered the 16 year old boy was not able to have surgery for 2 days due to his white blood cell count.

22-year old Saginaw Valley State University student Charles Littleton was tasered and dragged out on Nov 6, 2006 when he attended a Saginaw city council meeting. He was charged with felonies for wearing a hat after being tasered.

Dickinson High teen reported missing

A 15-year-old Newport girl was reported missing today after not showing up for school Monday.

Newport police said Yasmin Mendiola was last seen at 6 a.m. Monday when she left to go to Dickinson High School.

This afternoon, her mother received a call from a man with a blocked phone number who told her that she would never see her daughter again.

The caller said, “We are taking her to Toronto,” Newport Police Sgt. Stephan Johnson said.

The anonymous caller also mentioned the city of Wilmington and the name “Zavlos.” I did a google search on the name and this is what I came to

Mendiola is Hispanic, about 5-feet tall and weighing 140 pounds.

She has brown hair and brown eyes, and also sports a pierced lip.

I could only ask if anyone knows where this young lady is that they would report it to the police and have this child safely return to her home. I can only hope and pray that she has not already been transferred out of the country to Canada. It is time that we all must band together to protect our children, attempts on young girls abductions have been tried in surrounding states within the last month or two in Pennsylvania. We have to put a stop and form neighborhood watch to protect our children at the bus stops and if they are walkers to walk with them to school. We need more parental and neighborhood involvement when it comes to our youths and the things that they are being threaten with. I plead with everyone to keep an eye out for this young girl and for all of the children so that we do not have any more children that are going off missing from their homes. I plead with all parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends to think of her as if she was your child, your granddaughter, your niece, your cousin and friend or neighbor and help find Yasmin.

Curtis Flowers faces 6th trial in Winova Mississippi

The trials of Curtis Flowers have been dogged by misconduct

Curtis Flowers who has been tried for an quadruple murder in Winona, Mississippi in July of 1996. It has been alleged that Curtis Flowers murdered Bertha Tardy because she had shorted him, $82 from his pay. Flowers worked at the furniture store for three days just prior to the July 4th, weekend in 1996. When Curtis did not return to work after the holiday and he contacted Ms. Tardy he was informed that he had been replaced.

Prosecutor Doug Evans claims this provided Flowers with a sufficient motive for the most vicious murder in Winona history.

Curtis Flowers first 5 trials resulted in 2 mistrials and 3 convictions that were overturned. At the end of the 5th trial,

Juror James Bibbs was charged with perjury at Curtis Flowers fifth trial and held in prison overnight for voting against a conviction against Curtis Flowers. James Bibbs who is an outstanding citizen was charged with perjury that was later dropped against him. He has been sentenced to death three times, only for each verdict to be overturned on appeal because of what the Mississippi Supreme Court described as prosecutor misconduct. In one further trial, the jury failed to agree after dividing broadly on racial lines.

The district attorney, desperate to score a conviction in such a high-profile case, has played dirty to win.

One of his tricks, exposed by a refreshingly impartial Mississippi Supreme Court, was to fiddle the jury selection to exclude black jurors. Winona is a very racial city in Mississippi with the civil rights records in the United States.

Dispite the unlawful holding of Curtis Flowers in my point of view of having to be charged for a sixth time, he now has to deal with local state senator. Lydia Chassaniol who has introduced a bill that would widen the jury pool in such a way that critics say would make it easier to select an all-white jury.

Senator Chassaniol is a member of a local chapter of the right-wing Council for Conservative Citizens and addressed their annual conference. the nature of this rump of the red-neck, good 'ole white boys, confederate-flag-wavers is striking.

Their hatred of inter-racial marriage, homosexuals, liberals (aka communists) identifies an atavistic streak that still remains 150 years after slavery.

As one of them told me: "It's all right for them (non-whites) to practice their culture but they should not take ours away from us. We are probably the most discriminated race in the country."
