I’m curious how a pug is able to get on top of a toilet in the first place? Fake or not, it’s still a pug stuck in a toilet. Isn’t that what counts?

If you thought this is in Dubai, then you my awesome friend are correct! The Dubai Fountain can reach 492 feet up in the air. It was built for a measly $217 million by the same company that made the one at the Bellagio Hotel, in Vegas.
