“They were married at the Prospect Harbor United Methodist Church,” confirms a rep for DioGuardi, who added that the bride wore a Vera Wang dress.

And what’s a wedding without some sparkle and shine. “She wanted something glamorous,” says jeweler Neil Lane about DioGuardi’s wedding bling.

The result: a 30-carat diamond-and-platinum bracelet and chandelier earrings with 20 carats of diamonds. The value of the jewels? $250,000.

On his sexual preference:

“I don’t think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear that I’m gay.” said Adam Lambert in the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine. “I’m proud of my sexuality. I embrace it. It’s just another part of me.”

Earlier in the month, Adam was photographed holding hands with interior designer Drake LaBry which added more fuel to his earlier photos and video and the already growing speculation about his sexuality.

On coming out:

“I was worried that coming out would be so sensationalized that it would overshadow what I was there to do, which was sing. I’m an entertainer, and who I am and what I do in my personal life is a separate thing. It shouldn’t matter. Except it does. It’s really confusing.”

Adam also added that the producers were open to him handling it however he wanted to.  He wanted to do it on his “own terms.”

On gaining self-confidence:

“I finally checked into my self-worth for the first time in my life, and the fact that it coincided with ‘Idol’ is so sweet, I mean, I still have moments where I think, ‘Oh, my skin is terrible, and I’m a little fat — I should really go to the gym more.’ But for the most part, when I look in the mirror now, I finally see somebody who can do something cool.”

While much of the chatter surrounding “American Idol” runner-up Adam Lambert has to do with speculation about his sexuality, the behind-the-scenes talk at many of the stops along Lambert’s publicity tour is how difficult he is to work with.

“He is such a diva. Rude to everyone — from fans right down to the lighting folks,” said one person who worked with Lambert.

“A-list celebrities have come through here and been infinitely more polite,” said another person who worked with Lambert during a stop in New York.

Lambert should change his attitude quickly, according to one music producer. “No one sells that many records these days to be able to get away with that kind of behavior. To be a success you need literally everyone in your corner.”

And  sources are saying this has been spread by furious fans of Clay Aiken.

It’s time to sharpen you claws Glambert.

Apparently, the speculation is going to end with Adam’s “coming out” on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. Adam will make it official on the magazine’s next issue.

“He didn’t want it to be an issue during the contest, but he’s fine with his sexuality.”

Rolling Stone, though, is keeping mum on the issue and refused confirm about whether Adam will be appearing on their next issue’s cover.

“We don’t comment on future covers.”

Adam also gave another statement during a radio interview. When asked how long will he keep avoiding questions pertaining to his sexual orientation he had this to say:

“It’s yet to be seen. I actually think if you stay tuned very shortly we’ll have all the answers you guys are looking for, that is all I can say. Very, very, very soon everybody will everybody is going to find out what they need to find out.”

This was the response of Adam after AI Season 2 runner-up Clay Aiken slammed him on his personal blog. Clay said that he will never support Adam and found his version of Johnny Cash’s “Ring of Fire” Contrived, awful, and slightly frightening.

“At that moment, I thought my ears would bleed.”

Clay later apologized for the remarks and hoped that Adam could forgive him. Adam couldn’t care less.

“If he wants to ride my coattails about it, good for him.”

On the issue of the AI finale being rigged and giving eventual winner Kris Allen an unfair advantage, Adam had this to say:

“There are plenty of standards and practices set up where they make sure that there’s no, foul play. And I don’t think it’s a conspiracy. I think people are making a big deal out of nothing. A couple of employees handed out a couple of phones and showed people how to use them. I don’t think that’s a conspiracy of any kind.”

Adam Lambert says role models come in a variety of different forms – even in eye makeup, fingernail polish and tight pants.

“It’s a really, really cool thing,” the American Idol runner-up says, “to be able to show people that you can be yourself, and you should be proud of yourself, and you should own who you are and what you’re about, and never make apologies for it.”

So to those who speculate about his sexuality, he has a message. “Calm down,” he says, and “keep speculating.”

Lambert, 27, who finished second to Kris Allen in the show that ended May 20, says his comfort with himself can serve as an example. “It feels really amazing to be able to try and pass that on to kids and young adults who don’t have a role model like that,” he says. “It feels great because I never had a role model like that.”

“Conforming is not cool,” he adds. “Embracing who you are and what makes you different is actually what’s really cool … The kids that are different and out there and expressive and are bold with those choices, those are the people that grow up to be people we all want to hang out with, that become celebrities or become really successful in what they do because they believe in who they are.”

It turns out that even after the season is over, the feud between her and ‘Idol’ judge Kara DioGuardi is still on. She goes on to lambast the singer/songwriter for trying to embarrass her and making a fool of herself.

“I think that [Kara] is a songwriter who wants to be an artist,” Darrell said, “she just made herself look stupid.”

Katrina’s 15-minute of fame ended abruptly during Hollywood week but was given an extension during the show’s finale. While singing  “Visions of Love”, Kara appeared from behind her and upstaged the poor lass. Definitely, she’s pushing the mileage with this publicity stunt.

He did two acoustic performances. One was his cover of Kanye West’s “Heartless” and the other was his new single “No Boundaries” which was way better than how he sang it during the finale.
