We’re all very excited about this upgrade. Many of you have patiently awaited its arrival. Thank you for your patience! Our zippy new server coupled with the shiny new system will be a refreshing upgrade from the old system. We want to know what you think of it and hope to hear from you in the coming weeks.

Beginning July 5th we will be installing a new, faster, server and upgrading the print center platform to the latest version. This upgraded system uses a different operating system and has been rebuilt from the ground up. All templates, print jobs, and customer information will be migrated to the new server automatically. Your account and order history from the previous system will be available on the new system like magic.

In addition to our major system upgrades we will be celebrating Independence Day. Accordingly, our office will be closed July 4th and 5th. Email us or leave voicemail during this time if you need help. We will return your call or email promptly on Monday July 8, 2013. We hope you have a happy and safe holiday weekend!

Labor Day has been celebrated in the United States and Canada since 1894. Originally, Labor Day was a day set aside to celebrate the achievements of American workers in the late 19th century. Grover Cleveland, our 22nd and 24th president, designated the first Monday in September as a national holiday. This “workingmen’s holiday” differs from most other national holidays because it is not tied to a particular wartime conflict (or resolution), person, or other historical event.

“In the late 1800s, at the height of the Industrial Revolution in the United States, the average American worked 12-hour days and seven-day weeks in order to eke out a basic living.”

“People of all ages, particularly the very poor and recent immigrants, often faced extremely unsafe working conditions, with insufficient access to fresh air, sanitary facilities and breaks.”

In modern times, Labor Day is a day off at the start of the week families enjoy just after the start of school (or before depending on your area). Celebrating this late summer holiday usually includes a hearty meal, barbeque is a favorite in the West Texas area.

We’re proud to introduce our new salesman, Pete Stone.

Pete brings 12 years of sales experience and a great sense of humor to the office. He graduated from Tarleton University and served during the Gulf War.
