So excited to go out and start taking pictures on my rides. Will upload as many as I can for everyone =D

The camera is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's interested in a great camera that's not too expensive.. Works better than most DSLR's that I've used, so check it out!

Will write again soon =D
Begin!

So, today is my first day of training... Gonna be in the gym every day from here on out! Guess I'll start off slow, maybe 15 miles a day.. Hopefully I can build up my endurance and stamina enough for like 50 or 60! If anyone's got some tips I'd really appreciate them =)

Now... on to my list of problems...

I need to figure out some way to generate power while I'm riding my bike. Something that will generate and store enough power to charge my camera and my phone when I need them. I had a few ideas for some things, but nothing too sure yet. Does anyone know of anything you could buy that does that? Maybe I can reverse engineer it or something hahah =D

My other problem is how I'm going to carry all my stuff when I'm riding my bike... Do they make packs for the bike to store things? Or will i have to make them myself? (which i don't mind doing at all! I mean i don't go to an engineering school for nothing right?)

Thanks guys! Hope to hear from you soon!
Glad that you could visit =)

So next summer I'm planning to bike across the country to the Grand Canyon and hike/camp there for a week or so. The whole time I plan on blogging about it and take pictures for everyone, so hopefully at the end I can put together a photo book and get it published or something =) Not sure completely yet.

Besides that, I'm hoping that you could give me a few ideas on good places to stop inbetween New York and the Grand Canyon, AZ (nearest to the colorado river as i can get I guess). I'm already planning on stopping in Memphis, TN, so if there's anywhere inbetween those places you guys know of let me know too! I'd love to stop and take pictures (or come visit if you're not too far away).

For the next months until May, when I get out of school, I will be planning this trip; adding destinations, finding new routes to bike, getting more viewers, and hopefully thinking of some ways I can get to AZ and back on as little money as possible! I'm gonna camp as much as I can, or stay in cheap hostels (do they have those in the US?).

Hope to hear from you guys soon!
