<p>If you want to gain muscle the right way, And you don&#8217;t want to hurt yourself, you can&#8217;t overtrain. In fact, you probably should cut back on your training if you&#8217;re trying to mimic what those &#8220;bodybuilder&#8221; type guys do.</p>
<p>You will be able to see some pretty impressive results in muscle gain, in around 8 weeks, if you follow 2 simple rules.</p>
<p>1. Don&#8217;t overdo the amount of weight you train with. Don&#8217;t think about what others are lifting. You know it&#8217;s working for you when you find it challenging. We saw some pretty new stuff on the screen, and Toy Story was a game changer for animation, but we will not focus on Pixar cartoons.</p>
<p>There were many great action movies to be released in the 90s, but the following are some of my favorites.</p>
<p>Any list of films from the 90s that doesn&#8217;t include Terminator 2, action or not, is simply making a mistake. We had never seen anything like the T1000 turning to liquid.</p>
<p>True Lies, also directed by James Cameron was another epic action movie. Starring Arnold Schwarzenegger as a secret agent and Jamie Lee Curtis as the oblivious wife, this movie personifies 1990s action. Explosions, helicopters, airplanes oh my.</p>
<p>Ironically, a film that spoofed all the action movies of the 90s ended up being one of my favorites. Of course, I am talking about Hot Shots: Part Deux. I have incredibly fond memories of this film and any time it is on (which is very rare), I feel the need to watch it.</p>
<p>When it comes to watching a 90s action flick with my buddies from high school, there is no movie we would rather watch than The Rock. Everything about this movie is awesome. I am not always a fan of Michael Bay&#8217;s work but he delivered with this one.</p>
<p>Face Off, starring Nicholas Cage and John Travolta is an Ang Lee (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon) action flick at its finest. This movie has more memorable quotes than most action films of that decade for me. Both characters play each other, and the result is fantastic.</p>
<p>One final film I have to mention is Men In Black. Who would have thought that Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones would make a great on screen team?</p>

<p>Assuming that you are not going to consider an ear trumpet, there are three key choices: analogue, digital or hybrid hearing aids. The analogue hearing aid is the least expensive of the three and it operates by picking up the sound with a microphone and amplifying it into your ear.</p>
<p>Then there is the half-way house hybrid which is called the digital programmable or analogue programmable hearing aid. It is an analogue unit, but it has programmable functions. It is customizable by the use of computer software programming.</p>
<p>These functions permit you to customize the hearing aid to the surroundings that you are in at any time. For example, they can be made to be more or less responsive or to mask out certain frequencies like wind noise. They are more expensive than analogue hearing aids.</p>
<p>Digital hearing aids are by far the most pricey, but then the sound quality is far superior too. The diversity in sound quality is analogous to the difference between CD&#8217;s and vinyl records. This is achieved through digital signal processing or DSP.</p>
<p>Digital hearing aids have different amounts of so-called channels. These channels refer to frequency bands. Not everyone loses precisely the same amount of the same frequencies, so if your digital hearing aid supports numerous channels, you can programme each channel to recompense precisely for your loss. One person may only need to regulate one or two channels, but others may have to modify several of them.</p>
<p>Normal &#8216;behind the ear&#8217; (BTE) hearing ears have a microphone that tends to emphasize sounds from behind the wearer, but a digital device has directional microphones so that you can switch on forward facing microphones too.</p>
<p>The digital hearing aids also have built in predetermined programmes for easiness of use. One click and your device is optimized for a loud environment, another click and it is optimized for the cinema. This is a very helpful feature.</p>
<p>Look for a &#8217;smart&#8217; function on your digital hearing aid. This feature remembers your most used settings so that when you change the battery, it automatically resets itself. This is another very practical function, given that you may have to replace the battery between once and seven times a week. Check how long the batteries are expected to last too.</p>
<p>Other features to look out for are functions to cut out ambient frequencies like wind, traffic and feedback. It is always useful to have some information at your finger tips, when you go to talk to your audiologist or when you go shopping for your new hearing aid. <p>Do your big lifts first in your weightlifting routine. It&#8217;s believed that the big lifts like squats encourage your system to produce more growth hormone, which will help all your muscles to grow.</p>
<p>The use of free weights instead of machines is more beneficial to you, simply because you need to control them much more than you would a machine. Remember that your compound exercises will work your arms regardless of what you&#8217;re doing.</p>
<p>You will get a great bicep workout while you are doing these exercises, so long as you are doing a pulling action. Make sure that you are not doing arm exercises by themselves when you first start out. If you do this, then your compound exercises will not make much of an impact. Ensure that you perform the basic arm exercises when you are finishing up your exercise routine.</p>
<p>Then there is pre-exhaustion training. This is an exact reversal of the other exercise routine. Your goal will be to exhaust the arm muscles first, and this will make the driver of the compound movement work harder, as the abilities of your arms will be drastically lowered. If you want a good example, try doing some tricep extensions before you lay down to bench press.</p>
<p>The idea here is that, since you biceps are tapped out, your lats will have to work harder to perform the movement. It sounds like a good idea, but, does it really work? Try it out and see what you think.</p>
<p>If you are finished with the big compound moves, then it&#8217;s time to move on to the arm exercises to get big biceps. Hit your arms from as many angles as you can, but don&#8217;t over do it. I like to do a standing curl to hit the middle portion of the biceps; a decline curl (about 10 &#8211; 20 degrees off vertical) for my biceps to get it in the stretched position; and a concentration or spider curl to really hit the peak contraction point. By the way these are all supinated, or palms up.</p>
<p>One thing that you can do is superset the biceps. There are three tricep exercises that you can take advantage of in order do to this. One of these is an overhead tricep extension which is a standing tricep pushdown and kick-back.</p>
<p>You will need to make a decision as to what position is best for the day. There is the middle, stretched or peak, etc. You&#8217;ll want to do three or four supersets per day, but no more. Make sure you try a different position with your arms each and every time. Also remember that it&#8217;s very important to warm up before you actually try any of this.</p>
<p>To hit the brachialis muscle under the biceps and maintain good balance in the arms, turn your hands palms down. The brachialis is the workhorse in the upper arm for flexing the elbow. By turning your hands palms down, you eliminate the biceps and concentrate on the brachialis. If you make the muscle under the biceps bigger, it will push the biceps up and make it stand out more.</p>
<p>Make sure you are on a good diet. If you are not, then chances are you will never attain the muscle growth that you want. Make sure that you do complete workouts, and most of all, eat properly.</p>
