I found out its with sprint and that dont have coverage worth a crap. Thay failed to tell me that when I got the phone, I would like a differant phone if this is going to stay with sprint........ I sent them an explanation of reason along with forms for all years due (also copy of bank book)and it was excepted. Also make sure you do the same with back taxes with amended returns even if just a few dollars. Good luck probably to late. but had same problem.
