10:13 Patriots win by 1 after being down 11. Unreal they played terrible till midway thru the 4th quarter and deserved to lose but they found a way to win.
Now if only the Oakland Raiders can do what the Buffalo Bills couldn’t and Upset the Sandiego Chargers.
Tonight is the Night that Patriots Fans have been waiting for for the last 8 months. The Return of Tom Brady and the Superbowl bound New England Patriots. Sure I know they have 16 games to play but is there really any doubt that the Patriots and Tom Brady will be in the Super Bowl?
Last year our MVP Quarterback was felled in the first quarter of the first game and somehow the New england Patriots managed to finish 11-5 and miss the playoffs while a Goddam 8-8 team made it in. But that all ends tonight with the start of a brand new season.
Lots of changes with the 2009 New England Patriots, especially on defense with the departures of Richard Seymour, Rodney Harrison, Teddy Bruschi and Mike Vrabel and thats not even Counting the 2 new cornerbacks that we have. It will be interesting to see if the defense can improve with all the changes that have been made. The Trade of seymour last week seemingly out of the Blue doesn’t look like it will improve the defense this year but the defensive line was the one spot on the team where they had some depth and getting a 1st round pick for Richard Seymour who was in the last year of his deal and is entering his 9th season was a steal, considering the Oakland Raiders Suck and that thier average draft position over the last 5 years has been 7th. Anyone still think that it was a bad trade?
The New England Patriots have won 11 straight games against the Buffalo Bills and they should easilymake it 12 tonight. even with the Loudmouth Terrell Owens now playing for Buffalo. Anyone want to bet on how long it take tillwe see shots of TO yelling at Trent Edwards on the sideline?

Lately I wake up to see the kids off to school and Return to bed but today I wasn’t able to drift back to sleep because I made the mistake of turning on my radio and being reminded of what happened 8 years ago right about now. Sept 11, 2001 is a Day that should never be forgotten.
I remember where I was when the news came over the radio I was listening to this Broadcast on WEEI and I bet that most of you do too. 8 years ago today It doesn’t seem that long ago. They Say Time heals all wounds but this is a wound that I don’t want to heal completely The scar still remains and We as Americans need to make sure we never forget since the Past is prelude to the future.
Are we safer today than we were 8 years ago? Yes we are but do not doubt that the same Extremists that perpetrated these attacks are trying right now to do the same over and over again all in the Name of Their “God”, Crazy ain’t it? they kill in the name of GOD. over 3000 men and Women lost their lives that day and I hope we never forget them and their Families, 10,000 children lost a parent and I would say a great deal of Americans Lost their Innocence.
