Yes, that is completely correct. Thanks for the ‘official’ Amazon response as it explains it clearly. But either way, Amazon and the Carriers foot the bill for any 3G access on any 3G capable device. However, the Kindle Keyboard 3G gives you experimental web browsing over 3G whereas the newest ones (such as the Touch 3G) do not.
