Summer fashion trends

I have been seeing some great summer fashion trends lately. Here are a few of my favorites:

I love maxi dresses. They are so easy to throw on and look great. They are also so comfortable. I’m crushing on this one from Newport News.

You all know that Pantone {the authority on color} has declared tangerine orange the color for 2012. I like the idea of adding it to your wardrobe.

Metalics are a big trend this summer. Here’s an example from Newport news. I think it’s fun for a date night.

You can throw them on over your swimsuit and make a day of it. Since we are a water family it works well for us. What are your favorite summer trends?
